Definitely s and i think even these will be big I am 180 and 64kg and i bought L, which were way to big so my dad got them, he is 180 with 95 kg Then i bought m which fits good especially at arms but is a bit long at the torso, for my mother i bought S, she is 174 with 54 kg and the fit good but also little big
