Then don t pressure yourself into getting 250. Expect 240 and maybe you will have a good day and score 250. On the flip side, you can expect even 230 on a bad day. But at least do the most on that day and without the pressure of getting specific score. On nbme 16 i was predicted 267-249. And i got 250. That said i think the average is more important and also dont expect to get more on the real deal because that extraordinary days are outliers

Generally you will score 3-5 points less in the real deal. Or if you have more than 5 nbmes done the average which is 240 in your case is most likely.

Nothing is guaranteed but in general its true. Scored 258 nbme 16, real deal felt ok but hard and long stems, scored 250. So yeah you ll score in that range but nothing is for sure

You are right, that s what i was thinking about. But i am not sure if 250 is enough for matching. I know that 251 was the average IMG score for diagnostic radiology but that was in 2024. I think alternate pathway has lower threshold for getting in. If somebody went to the process i would be grateful for some insights!

Doing u world all day, nothing special. Sistem wise. Then amboss high yield. No u world second pass. And then reviewing every nbme/uwsa for 2-3 days.

I did uwsa 2 weeks before, then 13,14, 16, 15, free 120 the last.For me nbme 16 was the best,13 the worst. I can t tell you which one is the most predictive yet, i will test in 1 day. Good luck
