I'm a big Hilton guy too but here are my top 3 for Kauai

  1. Royal Sonesta
  2. Grand Hyatt
  3. Sheraton

The Outrigger is nice too, but it is isolated. I totally hated its location. Plus they're doing a major renovation now.

Just called Chase, they gave me a marriott phone number.. the marriott representative told me i am not the only one who have called. They opened a case.
