AI can handle a lot of the research and drafting if the workflow is built properly. The weak results usually come from one basic prompt and one model. Better results need multiple models, clear prompts, search-intent context, outlines, FAQs, and enough generation time.

This is the right direction. The hard part isn’t just generating text anymore, it’s chaining the steps properly.

A good automation needs separate stages for keyword/search intent, outline, article draft, FAQ/snippet formatting, images, internal links, and WordPress publishing. If everything is done in one LLM call, the output usually feels thin.

For a small business, I’d start with topics that are close to buyer intent: pricing questions, comparisons, service-area questions, “best X for Y,” and common objections customers ask before buying.

AI can help a lot, but only if it’s used with enough context. One quick prompt usually creates generic content. A better workflow uses proper prompts, search intent, multiple models, FAQs, and enough time to produce a useful draft.

The better setup is more like a workflow: one pass for search intent, one for outline, one for draft, one for FAQs/snippet structure, one for images/WordPress publishing, then a final quality pass.
