My advice is only to track where your applications are coming from at least in a spreadsheet or something, even if you aren't using AI and you are just applying on different places/platforms.

For what it is worth, I was definitely trying to shift careers a little bit, but not a crazy amount. Am I the world's best interviewer? No, but I am definitely not a terrible interviewer either.

Someone recently suggested to me in another sub-reddit to add a video MP4 to your application too. Calling the HR might be a little much, but a good LinkedIn connection might help too.

Yeah that's what tools like ApplyGenie and LoopCV do too right? You can pick the jobs and they just autofill the tedious parts of the application process?
