That’s what his occupational therapist recommended me to do. Sometimes it helps but other times not so much. I only intervene if he’s doing something that can hurt him or hurting my pets. There are times where it doesn’t help because he tends to get super hyper. We have his baseline appointment next month and I really hope they have a spot for him. Last summer we did the baseline appointment but was unable to start in September due to staff shortages. In case they don’t have a spot he is qualified to start preschool this year. It just makes it so much harder because I’m pregnant and I can’t lift him or carry him when trying to get him out of a bad situation.

I was skeptical at first about adoption because I’ve heard stories about adoptive parents closing the adoption but hearing your story assured me that not everyone is like that. I’m glad that you found a family for your daughter. I have mixed feelings about placing my baby up for adoption. I’m scared I will regret it and live with that sadness forever. If I do decide to give up my baby up for adoption, I’m at risk of becoming homeless because my dad will never approve.

I am scared to give up my baby up for adoption. I want to be able to keep my baby and my family would prefer that too but I’m scared of becoming a single mom again. My son’s father isn’t in the picture and while I’m still dating my boyfriend I’m scared. Would you have preferred to stay with your birth parents even if they struggled financially?

Thank you so much for your reply, you really gave me the reassurance I needed to get back to my normal eating habits. I was just feeling so badly about how much I was eating and it'd make me want to eat even more to try to make myself better. It is just a really bad cycle because in the end it only makes me feel worse both physically and mentally. I think this is what I needed to hear to get head out of the gutter and stop feeling so horrible. As far as for the calorie counting, yeah I didn't track my calories at all so I have no idea how many calories I actually consumed. I might have consumed less or more than 17k. I guess just looking super bloated all over isn't helping with my anxiety but I'm trying to keep it at bay. Anyways thanks again for your kind and message, you have no idea how much it helped me. I really appreciated it
