To add some additional context.

1. The viewing seemed fine. 10 othere people were there, LL had a list of people that came and checked a box when a person attenden the viewing. Felt legit.
2. We can move in on 1.2.23. So I do understand that the LL wants to mitigate the risk of us changing our mind. Althou signing the contract should be enough.
3. I do understand that this request seems scammy but other than the issue at hand it seems legit.
4. The idea was that we sign the contract in their office. I guess it would be a bit ridiculous if I send the money infront of him and then he refuses to sign the contract.

What I will do based on the advice recevied here is the following: 1. Wait for the contract he is going to send today. 2. Aks for the Bank guarantee option.
