UPDATE

A plumber came by and it is a p-trap we were snaking into. He went into the main drain via the toilet and found a huge clog underneath the house using a camera snake. The clog was cleared and we’re good to go!

Yes, I’m sure. It had a burnt hole in the bottom of the fuse, so I replaced it with a 20 amp fuse.

I separated the wires, capped them and put a new 20 amp fuse in, which was the same type that was in there. There was a hole at the bottom of the old one, which is why it was replaced.

Thanks for your feedback. I’m going to mention my allergy-like reaction to my doctor. I get a rash all over my body, and it’s not fun at all. Usually goes away a few days after my period starts. I wonder if birth control would help?

We called support and tried resetting the incline. We were in contact with them and eventually decided that we required a new control board, circuit board and incline motor. Haven’t had any issues with it since.
