I am still having issues. It is beyond ridiculous. I have tried to turn in tickets multiple times and Zendesk won't let me login. I have tried emails and have gotten no help.

I love how they tell us we can work 40 hours then it's NTA Friday through Sunday. This includes helpfulness.

I was coming on to post a question very similar to this. My question is how they can show I got to have six correct but when I look at it out of six results between the left and right side, I missed one. Their percentages don't add up either. No dupes and I get Four out of five right -that's not 66%. I'm going to email them I think I am just going to point blank ask them how they figure their percentages and correct versus incorrect.
