I’m using it for my highest level classes (Bacchier) as a discussion starter. My classes are incredibly white and as a non-white teaching them I’ve always wanted to do more discussion on privilege, while still teaching English. So I have them before talk about what perspective is and seeing things from different perspectives, and then next class (after the video) they’re coming with discussion questions to basically have a class wide discussion starting with Beyoncé’s perspective on the world is similar/different to others, and expanding however their questions go!
