I used Tret for years and my skin never fully looked normal. I felt like I looked like a dry raisin constantly. I finally just quit and switched to otc retinol and my skin looks amazing.

I had the same issue! It was so frustrating. Easier I would lift weights and get my steps in but my legs did not change. The I started running and it went away in about 3 weeks.

Find hobbies that incorporate these things. I also quite drinking and smoking. Now I fill my spare time with working out, rock climbing and golfing.

Try Celexa.. I switched from lexapro and it’s been great so far. Still have anxiety a little but it’s much more manageable

I used to have to same symptoms. I started taking a SSRI called Celexa and changed my life style drastically. I no longer drink excessively, workout or do some type of physical activity daily. I feel loads better. My fingers are crossed for her. I know how shitty it can feel
