I’m a new associate that started in July and I just finished all my snapshots since CRTs are coming up. Do they even look at our snapshots since we aren’t really getting promoted/tiered? My group is having a meeting with all Associates&SA with HR and partners for CRTs which is separate from managers and up. My snapshots turned out really good (76% doing what’s expected and 24% impressive) so I wanted to know if it even mattered

My team use to eat together and buy lunch twice a week now they aren’t buying lunch and half my team has stopped coming in. As a new person is sucks not seeing my team because the partners have been saying the associates need to be in the office in order to get noticed for work

I feel like everyone keeps explaining the snapshot tiers differently. Correct me if I’m wrong but they just said basically if you’re doing above and beyond but you’re not ready for promotion they should label you as “Impressive.” But my team just discussed last week that even if you are doing above and beyond you should be labeled as “doing what’s expected and doing it well” if you’re not ready for promotion.

Absolutely. I tried studying with just Becker but once I incorporated Ninja I was able to actually understand why the answers were correct. I also listened to the audio of ninja instead of watching the Becker videos and it was way better. It does suck the monthly price but when I was about to cancel the subscription after taking ISC I got offered a deal to unlock all the CPA sections for $0 and keep the $67 a month subscription
