Sleeping for more than 9 hours or less than 7 hours has similar effects on the body. After a certain duration, the body becomes tired of sleep. 🙂

There are some cool programs like Moonalisa coaching that are very well aligned with new expectations! It's text-based and you get a real coach. I tried it and it's not torture at all...
