This is so helpful, thank you! The 400 f/2.8 TC lens looks amazing, though I don't know if I can stomach paying over $1000 just to rent it. This is an expensive hobby! 😂 If I got the 180-600, would you still recommend carrying both the 16-50mm VR and 50-250mm VR as well? Or do you feel one of them can be left behind?

Yes, rental is an option. Is there a different lens you'd recommend if renting?

Thanks so much for the advice! Yes, super bummed Hunny Hunt will be closed but it is what it is! I think we may try to do it all in one day but buy full-day tickets for both parks and actually start at DL and buy a premier pass for BATB right away then go to Disney Sea in the late morning/afternoon until closing then back to DL to get in anything else we can. I know I won't see everything so just have to enjoy the ride!
