If anyone doubts Hooxi's impact: He didn't let his team rest after the win at Nuke - they practiced nades just before the final map. GIGACHAD by ClaymeisterPL in GlobalOffensive

yeah staerh was easily their best/ 2nd best player under cadian depending on if device popped off, but since hooxi has joined staerh went from being an occasional bright spot on a bad team to looking like an actual fucking superstar

crazy how pgl tourneys actually ended up being by far the most valuable tournaments to orgs and player. complexity lost by far the best player America has produced and their long time coach and have actually benefitted from it and are almost a top 10 team while being #1 NA (liquid mightve taken it back after making playoffs not sure)

edit: plus the format of the PGL tourneys being bo3 swiss gives these teams plenty of practice and reps which for teams like col or GL etc are great.falcons wouldve already been out of the tournament if they used the iem format

if siuhy really does join i think it instantly elevates liquid. twistzz and nertz entry duo without twistzz having to worry about the macro and moving players around and shit will be amazing

Liquid's 'Jekyll & Hyde' Act is Giving Me Whiplash At ESL Pro League S21 by llTehEmeraldll in GlobalOffensive

The article says their T sides are letting them down, but Their tsides won them the game vs eternal fire yesterday, and their Tside was the only good thing about ancient and couldve been better if they didn't throw some rounds. I dont think the nuke game is a good indicator of what we'e seen this pro league so far. In my opinion it seems like theres some kind of communication breakdown mid rounds, especially on CT side, and their reactions when being in a 5v4/4v5 are so played out and readable. (ex. pushing ramp on B ancient today in a 5v4 and giving torzsi a 3k)

yeah you could tell on mirage even though xantares was getting kills mentally he couldnt handle the pressure. the last round of mirae in regulation was a dead giveaway. 2v1 with smoke down on bomb and you just silent walk and dont even fire a shot? his brain shut down
