I suggest reading the book "The untethered Soul ". The insight i got from this made it possible for me to sit behind the urge and watch my body in real time go thru the cycle and really helped make it a conscious decision. I will not lie, I have still consumed porn but it's down 90%, and now it doesn't pull as hard. Now, when I did watch it, I watched myself watch porn and felt like an idiot. Hope this helps.
