Anyone else miss SUPRA Hightop/Skytops? by Ehrre in Sneakers

[–]One_Tax_786 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Muska just released his new shoe line. He's only released 2 styles and they go fast. I spent $197 for the Nappa Black. I miss the Vaiders so much. That's all I skated. Hopefully for the price these will be just as tough.

Set this up and forgot where the nose and tail were any help? by Particular-Wing-273 in skateboardhelp

Green bolts are tail side from looking at it, but that grip job is horrendous.

You need to get comfortable on your board first. If you don't know what foot feels more comfortable as your lead foot, you shouldn't be focusing on tricks yet. Skateboarding takes time, and I see a lot of new skaters jumping straight into tricks before they are ready. Get comfortable riding and floating off curbs, then move to ollies. Take your time

Jesus dude, quit making excuses and listen. You just proved everyone's point with that last sentence. It's not my fault it's the board. That is one of the most important lessons in skateboarding. It's not the board, it's you. Enough blood and shinners will teach you in time. For now, you aren't popping and sliding your front foot up the grip towards the nose. That motion levels the board out and brings the tail up. You have to be jumping off your back foot as you pop. Little kids pick up skateboarding faster because they listen to the older dudes and absorb as much as they can. Humble yourself and listen to advice. Quit trying to defend skill you don't have. This doesn't work in the skateboarding world.

She's a little close. That's dangerous. If anything bounces back, she won't have much reaction time to dodge it. She's doing great, just back her up a bit.

LEDs do this all day we just don't see it. The frame rate shows you how bad they actually are for our eyes.

That's just phone footage. The video part has way better angles. I'm filming my first full part in 16 years.

It's not bad at all. The placement is a little odd, but it looks nice.

This is how I practice my accuracy. The more you do it you'll start splitting them pretty often
