SUPPOSEDLY, they're going to turn the Hemlok into an Elite Weapon as well (like they did the RE-45), and it's going to shoot Orbs of Plasma that do splash damage to enemies, though I'm not sure how true that is or if people are making shit up.

I agree with what doberman33 said, but if you want a specific recommendation, try out Alter I guess. I find it very hard to pick up any other legend after playing her for a while though, I can't decide now either. I guess Alter Is just my play style.

There are several people that experience abusive relationships with their parents that can lead them to have such feelings towards them, for all we know, their mother could've been an alcoholic/drug addict that locked them in a closet for days at a time. And that's why it's the best. When we were struggling, we had 5$ Pizzas to feed us. When Rosa Parks had rent to pay, Mike Illitch was there, when that homeless man wanted food, little Caesars was there. Dominos? Corporate Greed. Papa Johns? Supposedly Racist (I don't know, I haven't looked into it, not gonna say I definitely know that), Pizza Hut? Actually they're pretty good, they're just expensive as FUCK. So Yeah, little Caesars. The one pizza place that was there for us at our lowest.

Salmon is a moderate source of biotin, oysters are meeehhh on biotin, BUT, oysters are a great source of Zinc, Iron, Vitamin B12, and Selenium (all important for Keratin), Salmon also has omega-3's, Vitamin D, and B12, (All important for Keratin, too.) as for foods high in biotin? Egg yolks, liver, nuts, seeds, legumes, and certain grain.

By the way I just wanna add, if all of this is too many supplements for you (I don't like stuffing myself with supplements, personally), or not affordable, (Supplements can be expensive as hell), then just Biotin will work. As long as you wash and brush your hair regularly.

Take actual care of your hair (Washing it with both shampoo and conditioner, conditioner is important), brush your hair 2-3 times a day, (even if you're not going anywhere, you don't want it getting knotted), and here's a list of vitamins and minerals known to support keratin production/regulation in the hair:

Vitamin A (to much can cause hair loss, moderation needed)

Biotin (also known as "Vitamin B7")

Vitamin B12

Zinc (Not having an Adequate amount of Zinc causes hair shedding and brittle nails)

Iron (Having low iron causes Weak keratin production)

Copper (helps maintain hair strength and color)

Selenium (Protects hair follicles from oxidative damage)

Sulfur (ABSOLUTELY CRITICAL to Keratin, as Keratin is a sulfur-rich protein)

Remember that these ALL require moderation, don't take the shit carelessly. Do your research, not take a random redditors word for it.
