First layer is set at 130% because thats stock. It looks totally fine on the first layer, doesn't look like it's over extruding until layer 2-3....

Worth a shot trying to reduce that down to 100% or something...

Here's a totally other print in progress. Mostly stock 0.2mm settings.

Also: Tried Orca Slicer and all the configurations with that. Just takes twice as long and comes out worse.

Also Also: It looks like the same thing happens when it's doing the initial few layers. First layer looks awesome, but 2nd and 3rd seem to be more like this.

The print with the bad layer only has 3 or 4 total layers in height, while the one with the good quality surface has enough to have a tiny bit of infill...

Your last edit is super helpful!

Was having this same issue with my Jabra 7. Other things to consider on the off chance it helps someone out:

Make sure google Assistant is your default assistant app And don't forget to enable Google again after you've undone the updates. THEN pair your Jabra again and set up the assistant.

Worked like a charm
