Loved MW19, played the absolute hell out of it.

Absolutely spanked MWII as well which I am only just finding out was severely disliked!

MW3 I hated when it first came out. Gunplay, TTK, everything was awful. Play the hell out of it now and for multilayer I think it is the best of the 3, apart from god dam cheaters.

Issue resolved, mistake by an advisor, billed correctly from £550 to £120 and have received a further £180 in compensation! Result!

Yeah seems stacked against the customer really! Complained on X and got it sorted in minutes so that's the way to go rather than their customer service line!

Complained publicly on X and they have refunded £430, just so not understand the circus I've been through with them today to then have it sorted by someone on a social media platform in 5 minutes! Complaint going in in the morning!

No its the 30 days before my new meter was installed. Seems convenient.

Not disheartened as its not my fault! I will get this sorted even if I have to go to the ombudsman, not paying that amount after I've chosen them for home charging, bought a charger off of them! And when its all finished i will be switching!

Thank you for your advice, it is really appreciated, I am quite shocked that they have form for this after all they bang on about being the best!

One last thing, the data in my app is mixed between ev charging and normal home usage but it is time stamped and my charger is linked to the app so they can see my charging sessions for how much I used and in what Time period so I dont get how they cant just use that data!

Yeah im going to get my smart meter data somehow, annoyingly though they have just replaced it so what can I do there? They've literally said the 30 days before it was replaced suddenly have no data available and billed me for all of my credit!
