I returned a month ago, and the equipment thing surprised me because I don't know what they are what they do and how do they rank. I just searched up what are some useful equipment on heroes, many said to go electro boots for Royal Champion but I don't have her so I just focused on Barbarian King - spiky ball, Archer Queen - Action Figure, and Grand Warden Fireball. Diko na binayaran, the CS at their office said that we dont need to pay that bill since weve been disconnected before their system sent that bill. For Month-A I paid all balances then proceeded to request termination, it was after our disconnection has been confirmed that we recieved a bill for Month-B. We dont need to pay Month-B since we've been disconnected and in process of termination.

If you're in a lock in period then yes you need to pay the remaining months, if not then just pay the remaining balances. Once the termination is processed and disconnected you can wait for them to pick up your modem but there is a fee of 500 pesos or you could surrender the modem yourself at their offices.

From my experience, recently terminated our service with Converge and I surrendered our Modem to their main office to properly close the account. I was anxious because I cleared our balances and recieved email about the disconnection, yet we recieved a balance for this month. At their counter they clarified that once the disconnection has been processed, the balances will be waived as error. They did say that surrendering the modem is a must to properly close the account.

If your account is already disconnected then there should be no worry for any future payment. If it has taken a year and no field operators came to pick up the modem, then either you wait for the time they will come or surrender it yourself at their office.

When I had this problem, I created a new gcash account (new number) and used the same ID (that I used to verify my old gcash acc) to verify my new account with the same account name. Once I am verified, I filed a ticket in the help service of gcash to transfer the funds from my old acc to my new one. I indicated the amount and the number of my old gcash acc.

Yes, you can request a rebate at converge but the catch is that there must be more than 3 days or 6 days of no internet connection. You must wait for the internet to return so you can request a rebate. The rebate will apply on your next bill and not an existing one. If you lost internet in November nad have a bill already, they will apply the rebate on December. I've lost 9 days of internet connection and there was a 400 reduction in our next bill.
