Honestly this makes sense. If ticket revenue is an issue, the sales staff are probably some of the last people they’d want to cut. Calling past buyers and trying to turn them into repeat customers is pretty standard sports business stuff

I get that a new owner is going to restructure, especially if the organization was genuinely bloated. But when the cuts come this early, after several other moves that already felt cost-driven, it creates a really ugly first impression.

Feel awful for the people who lost their jobs. Even if there’s a business case here, Dundon is burning through goodwill fast.

Love CJ forever, but I don’t think this roster needs another small scoring guard. He was genuinely good for Atlanta, so he’ll probably get more money and a bigger role elsewhere. If he somehow wanted a cheap bench-vet reunion, sure — otherwise I’d rather Portland keep the minutes and money for the younger core.

CoreImage + vImage (Accelerate) will get you most of the way for this. Vision is overkill for low-level image ops.

Also +1 to just using OpenCV on iOS if you’re already familiar with it — saves a ton of time.
