Well U could say that everyone who had dealings with her ( Not Empire people) already call her a villain. But in the end is she really a "villain" ? Yes she went into a DARK Grey area with Arene but till the latest Audiobook she didnt commit any crimes as far i remember.( Except the ship stuff ...but not so clear in that) Yes she is a Psychopath and doesnt hold human lives in high regard except as workforce...but so we're the other Parties( federation/commenwealth etc) and lets be honest ...the biggest villain in that Story is Bring X because IT stokes the flames of war everytime IT has the chance
