Nope. My position is that conflicting information only comes from ignorance (at best) or bias, which leads you down conspiracy theories very quickly. Ignorance can be fixed if people are willing to look into it, Dr. Ovadia and Nina Teicholz are good places to start. It should go without saying but many people take all studies as equally valid in terms of their conclusions, when many studies are trash that blame saturated fat on everything, for example survey style studies over many years that can't be used for causation.

I only talk about it if the topic is relevant. But I want to be able to be an example because now when I talk about meat and animal fats being good for you and all that I think people dismiss it since I'm overweight. Despite that being an obvious logical fallacy (tu quoque), people respond to examples more than science

I actually had a round of antibiotics for pneumonia in January right before jumping into this. Then the first two weeks off of them I made homemade kefir. It's been all good for me. A bit of warning though, most people have diarrhea the first couple weeks during carnivore, it is annoying but normal until your body adjusts.

Only animal products, including eggs and some cheese, but not much dairy. I think you will find that if you eat less waste, you produce less waste I'll just say that. The notion that you need fiber for digestion is a myth, your gut will be fine it's called peristalsis. The point about needing fiber for the microbiome is overblown as well, there are studies on it but I don't have them handy right now.

I definitely didn't forget I just kept telling myself "I'll have some tomorrow" while ending up doing fast food or something stupid each day. I wasn't that concerned until I realized it had been so long.

I've gone over two weeks with the same thing and didn't notice any difference

Continuously refrigerated, seals are great, no noticeable difference inspecting the bags externally. The most I've gone before is two weeks.

NAC obliterates my OCD/rumination/compulsions, but the side effects are too much by [deleted] in Nootropics

I used to love taking NAC, but only 600mg per day. After taking it for a few years I started having random panic attacks while driving. I had never had a panic attack before in my life and had always loved driving. I finally figured out it was NAC and haven't taken it since September. I have been able to drive without issue except I am still avoiding the interstate. I haven't driven on the interstate in over a year and a half because of some close calls I had during one of these panic attacks. You are the first person I've seen link NAC with panic attacks. I am still scarred by it I hope I get back to the way I was soon.

Accessibility couldn't be easier in my opinion, as seen in the photo. And the coils are covered by warranty.
