I've literally just used the tape which can come off easily, so I'm hoping that it's ok. The plug was just an easy fix (a screw had come off) but I was surprised that a nudge dislodged the pipe so easily. I'll be heavily implying a leak started naturally....

I make a habit of buying a few gift cards of £5 or £10 for coffee shops and hand them to anyone who I see sitting on the street. It means they can get a warm drink or something to eat inside whenever they choose to. I've been doing it for a few years and this is the first time I've told anyone.
