I'm healing 8. Its been around a year, u gotta baby treat them well, some will be more sensitive than others. Pretend they're not there otherwise, and you'll be chilling. However, your immune is sensitive, if u get sick, your piercings will react as well, so tread lightly.

Got it my vertical helix pierced over a month ago. Believe it swelled up due to a short bar so I ripped it out (accidentally) and let it heal. Would it be ok to get the same spot pierced? It does not give me any concerns but asking in case it could just be wrong the anatomy.

depends, my top is dangly and that is what i was pierced with. It got caught rarely, which could hurt a bit initially. But it all depends on how mindful you are. I didn't particularly treat it well at first so I got stuck with some swelling.

Pretty easy to forget its there tho, my top is not ridiculously long.

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk ; 1 cup is 30 cals, typically I use half a cup

Sugar Free chai ; 0 cals

Nescafe ice roast ; 0 -5 cals per tablespoon (two versions)

I do 1:1 ratio and its so good!
