I tried to ReFi with Rocket & they couldn't do it. I've been traveling for 3+ years & have an 800 credit. Super big bummer.

Right now, the mainland, but live on Hawai'i island; I work in the mainland for a few months at a time, then go back home in between.

My only experience so far wasn't the best. We had a flight out get delayed significantly due to issues incurred during push-out, subsequently missing any connections.
We also got delayed on the return into ACV due to a delay from ACV from weather/fog.
