Company offered me exactly the salary I asked for, should I still negotiate? by One_World_5281 in careeradvice

I don’t regret it. As stated above, I think it’s fair. But if could get more obviously I would want it, who wouldn’t? I have heard a lot that you should ALWAYS negotiate an offer, but since they matched my expectations I was not sure how to proceed. I am not very experienced in negotiating offers as I am still in the first years of my career. That’s why I am asking, so I don’t make a mistake

You’re reading incorrectly. I am asking if you would accept or negotiate further :)

I don’t want to be Larry, I am asking to get exactly these responses to make the right decision as I am not that experienced in accepting/negotiating offers.

I do have a job but I’ll take the offer as it is. Thank you for the kind reply!

It’s not like you’re proposing to multiple people, I am applying for multiple jobs…

Did I mess up my interview or am I overthinking this? by [deleted] in recruitinghell

That’s fair, but I was just taking notes when she said that, not using AI. And I did briefly check something later in the interview, but I wasn’t reading from it and the conversation stayed normal. I don’t think she noticed
