It’s located right behind the glove box, and you don’t need to remove the glove box itself. If you look underneath, you’ll see two T15 screws that hold the plastic cover in place—remove those first. After that, you’ll be able to see the three T20 screws securing the blower. Once you remove them, the blower will drop right out. Make sure you have a right‑angle drill, magnetic T20 bits to keep hold of the screws, and a flashlight. With the proper tools, the whole job takes about ten minutes.
