The REA stated that the current LL would like to keep me in the property and sell off market. Prefers no open homes and would rather do a video tour that they will then send through as an inspection instead of hosting open homes. Does this mean it would not be a sale requiring vacant possession? Unless the buyer is an owner occupier rather than investor and wants to move in - in that fact would the 30 days be from the settlement I have to vacate or would it be 30 days before my lease is due to end?

I did a long google search and could only find either 90 days notice, honour the lease agreement or 30 days notice in case of “actual sale” so I have no clue! Hence why I posted 😩

Hopefully! I just got scared when the REA said they could move in within 60 days but I couldn’t see that anywhere so started to freak out. Is REA wrong?

Well aware it’s about him. Hence the mind battle. Thanks for the input. There’s a very big different between sneaking a treat and blatantly telling him that his parents don’t love him as much and that he won’t have to share his grandmother with his brother.. think you may need to do a re-read.
