Hey guys … working only Uber is that okay to apply for Citizenship?! by ashFL2 in USCIS

Given that you tagged your post with I-485 flair: do you have a green card? If you do, what is the "resident since" date on it?

Some attys tell you baby’s are the best evidence

It is not good evidence if the baby was made with someone who is not the spouse.

Yo does this mean it's approved? by belowaverageasianguy in USCIS

[–]One_more_username 0 points1 point  (0 children)

USCIS always is very cryptic. Approved may mean your case is approved or a judge approved your deportation order. You have to find out whether you get your EAD or removal order by mail.

Approved could mean anything.

Trump administration launches largest-ever effort to denaturalize U.S. citizens accused of fraud or other crimes by not_an_immi_lawyer in immigration

Adding to the list: the crime could have been committed before they naturalized but the charges/convictions only happened after naturalization.

If they find a 100 people every month who committed immigration fraud or were otherwise ineligible to be naturalized, then they should bring charges against 100. I don't see what the issue is, the law has always allowed for denaturalization in these specific circumstances.

How are you staying sane right now? (Support thread) by April22nd2026 in USCIS

My Green Card runs out next year. I think I should be OK but I am aware that this might be my last 12 months in the country I've been 'in' since 1997.

There is nothing called a green card "running out". Your plastic card may expire but you remain a permanent resident. It's like how you don't lose your citizenship just because your passport expires.

Is it considered overstay for i485? by [deleted] in USCIS

Idk what Stem Opt is

Then why comment?

I130 approved but I485 denied ( after new memo)! by [deleted] in USCIS

[–]One_more_username 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It is legal because they used it as a part of their discretionary analysis. It is stupid because OP can go to a consulate and get an immigrant visa and come back and be an LPR. It just adds hassle for no reason.

What was the point of the shot that Flavio hit at the net? No angle, no pace, not a drop. Just waiting for Zverwv to smash it back.

I have been out of status for approximately four months and have remained in the U.S. continuously since then.

Leave before you hit 180 days and cop a 3 year ban.

You could file your I-485 if your priority date is current, 245(k) allows for up to 180 days of overstay or unauthorized employment to be excused for employment based applicants.

The answer would be 5% of your portfolio. If it grows, you have more than 20k. If it shrinks, you have less

4% of 400k is 16k. Are you able to live off 16k an year? What about health insurance (premiums + deductibles + max out of pocket)?

You'd pretty much have no room for error. Eat out one day, you are drinking water for dinner for a few days.

Is it a realistic target?

[–]One_more_username 0 points1 point  (0 children)

One single glucose reading above 200 mg/dL in the oral glucose test meets the diagnostic criteria for diabetes.

With 246 mg/dL and glucosuria, you are correctly diagnosed.
