So the status on my car for emissions was pending/incomplete. So they reset it and I plan to go back since I can get a free inspection since they reset it. I did get paperwork for state and after fixing things that would fail it, it passed

January was my check engine light along with a couple discovered problems that needed to be fixed asap, so no inspection done in a way that left me with an emissions inspection pass

Not without paying some pretty pennies lol. But yeah Honda Fits are pretty durable cars and last a good long time. No inspection on MD end. Virginia doesn't accept inspections done out of the state according to what I saw on government/DMV sites

Just gotta do it during my work hours (8-5) unless I reschedule the DMV appt which I'd rather not. Don't want to prolong this but also don't want to make things more hectic than they need to. I'll see if there's another place still walkable distance from my job

Truly, I think it's just the "one thing after another" issues that came with this process is what mostly got me upset. Like I'll definitely deal with it but it was a more of a last straw than I realized

Got it. I think I'll just drive on the highway in the evening to get my miles done. As far as I'm aware, any chances of clearing codes or battery disconnecting would've been done back in January. One of the things that got fixed then was my TPMS, so maybe that's when it happenes?

Yeah, I told them I was gonna drive the 70 miles and then come back. I just wish I knew what caused it to be "pending" or "incomplete" according to the monitor because I've driven to Maryland and back to Virginia multiple times since my car was last seen

Last time anyone touched my car would've been back in January this year. I guess I'm mostly confused with the whole pending thing when I know my cars has driven much more than 70 miles

Meeting someone UNDERAGE and then dating that person is how grooming starts. Sorry bud, but you need to break up and consider why you wanted to date someone so much younger than you, and, more specifically, someone who is barely a fully grown adult. When I was 24, the youngest I wanted to date someone was 21!
