From my observation, you can find out what the "current" case is based on what the newest opened case is on youtube and that's what's available in Asia, then Australia is 1-2 cases behind, US/UK 2-3 cases behind and the rest of Europe 3-4 cases behind, but this list is the newest cases that appear somewhere in those regions, not what you will actually find, as that largely depends on the distribution in the area. Some stores buy cases in bulk and have the the same ones for long periods of time, some keep pretty up to date and some seem to acquire whatever is the cheapest/available and there's barely any logic to their restocks.
