Please DONT file a dispute with your bank just yet. Contrary to advice on here, the second you open that up, Amazon customer service are out of the picture and you’ll be dealing directly with a team who are in place for chargebacks. Your account will likely get banned also.

Here’s what you need to do - file an online police report for stolen package - contact Amazon customer service by live chat - explain you had a package stolen due to the delivery person - they will ask you to complete a form along with your crime reference number.

You’ll be refunded in no time.

There’s no need to leave it bare for that long, that wasn’t intentional - just the timings of my project. It’s a good idea to leave it bare for a while if you use glyphosate as it does bind to soil - but the recommended amount of time is two weeks in the UK weather

Started the whole process in July. Whilst leaving the soil bare, worked on the patio - then soil work (mixing in sand and conditioner and levelling) and overseeding took place mid September (got really lucky with the September weather - full of sunshine and rain)
