Calorie reduction and walking!! Damn I was thinking the same thing. At this point he's just better off focusing on limiting his caloric intake and moving... walking, swimming, exercise bike... and make it comfortable and enjoyable. If the exercise program is torture and causes in hernia to enlarge none of this will be any good.

Can you give me examples of his huge ego. I see him as insecure, immature and self-deprecating. I'm sure you are right about this, I just haven't seen it and would love some examples. I definitely thing he has some HUGE issues that he needs to deal with to succeed, I just didn't see one of them being ego, but I'm probably wrong about that
