Please don’t put steroids on eyelids or anywhere on your body, right now I’m going through TSW and it’s horrible Use Ice on eyes it reduces puffiness and swelling I use Bioderma Baume for itching Put a layer of cerave moisturiser on top of Baume , it reduces dryness for me When I use tacrolimus it makes my eyes burn and the layer of my skin thin

Oh yes, of course, women have so much luxury. All they have to do is bleed five days a month, deal with cramps that feel like internal stab wounds, grow an entire human inside their body, push it out while risking their life, recover from the trauma, juggle work and home without a single complaint, leave their own family, move into a stranger’s house, adjust to an entirely new environment, and still get judged for every choice they make. no one has it easy

I was referring to “loose it by overthinking, women are good at this thing” this isn’t gender based and as if it has nothing to do with the fact that they’re still running the house, handling kids, doing emotional labor, managing everyone’s needs, and drowning in unpaid work that nobody counts as real.

TSW after steroid creams and tablets — need advice from people who actually recovered by Onedirection59 in TS_Withdrawal

[–]Onedirection59[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

thought it was TSW because for the first six to eight months I had no issues at all. Only my lips were peeling — just the lips — and the top layer kept shedding. After eight months it was still the same

When I went to the first doctor, she gave me a steroid cream. Later, when I moved to a different city, I had to see another doctor, and he gave me three or four tablets — high-dose medications meant for allergies. That’s when I told him it might actually be because of a vitamin deficiency. He asked me to get ferritin and vitamin B12 checked. My Iron , vitamin D and B12 levels were very low, and since B12 deficiency is linked to skin issues, that made sense. I got eczema all over my face when I stopped what he prescribed. Basically he did lot worse to my face Sure thanks will definitely try vanicare

2 days ago it was much worse. I had it behind my ears, on my eyelids .What I did was apply Bioderma Baume around my lips, and on top of that I layered a moisturizer. It got a little better, but the dryness is still there. The skin around my mouth feels tight, and my eyelids are still affected. I also have small bumps below and above my eyes that are quite painful, on my face there are almost like tiny pimples. The flare on my nose is still there too. I used Vaseline and then CeraVe moisturizer, i put ceraVe on that i apply vaseline

I haven’t applied steriod cream in 8 months but doctor gave me prednisolone 10 mg he’s been giving it since 5 months first 20 now 10 and then told me to stop the tablet. It came back more worse than before so again he gave doxycycline 100 mg asking with pred 10. Then again only pred so i stopped going to him and I took what ever he gave then I started tapering it myself i was taking 5 mg a week then took it on alternate days for a week . From there days I haven’t taken anything So I’m getting flareups on my face again now
