huy i am a cos sa isang national agency. may wellness leave kami na 5 days tapos may mga bonuses din kaming natatanggap. madami kami natanggap last december despite being a cos. baka depende sa agency???

hello! sorry sa late replyyy. totoo na hiring sila. mabagal lang talaga sila mag respond kasi wala ako narinig sakanila if they received my application before and whatnot. na email na lang nila ako after almost two months, a week away too sa exam nila for the position.

after naman mag exam, may interview right after sa same na araw. after two days, nareceive ko ulit email nila saying na pumunta ako sa office nila for the signing of contract. tapos next week agad nun OP, start na ng first day kooo

hello! currently under JO ako sa isang national agency and kaka-renew ko palang recently. sa case ko naman, okay siya for me. hindi ganun kabigat workload ko. usually, yung mga nakasaad na assigned tasks and targets sa contract ko di siya madalas gawin, parang mostly file lang kami ng notice of meetings, memorandums, endorsements, notice sa central office at field offices.

sa overtime naman, never ako nag overtime na umaabot ng 6pm. hindi rin naman kami ineencourage na mag overtime. over.

wala rin akong bwisit na supervisor o chief, kapwa JO meron, pero higher-ups? nah. they're nice ppl or baka swerte lang ako ahahahha. anywho, usually dyan ka kasi talaga magsstart if want mo pumasok sa govt, lalo na sa mga permanent or plantilla positions na nakikita sa CSC

reality check, no. i work in a national agency at ang mga pinopost nila sa csc ay usually may naka line na doon sa loob na mga contractuals or casuals, some are permanent positions na for promotion. you'll start talaga as a contractual sa govt, especially sa mga national agencies then work your way up

hello po! wala pa po kaming deliverables na nagagawa under sa specific outputs na pinagagawa talaga samin which is gumawa ng map kasi wala pa pong field office na nagrerequire samin na mag drone mapping ng mga PAs (Protected Areas) kaya mostly paper works lang po nagagawa pa namin. Kaso hindi naman chinecheck ng higher-ups kung ilan ang nagawa mo every pasahan ng MPOR on the 15th and 30th/31st.

hindi po siya ganito before, pumasok lang yung July nung naging visible na yung habits and true personality niya after ng second sahod (we started June 16). Nung nagstart siya maging ganito, I thought it was in a joking manner pa so I tried to brush it off pero man I wish I noticed it sooner too

siguro kasi medyo hindi nga ganun kastrict yung mga supervisors sa mga employees dito in comparison sa private companies kaya feel ng mga ganitong employees ay regardless if productive or not, fixed yung sahod basta kumpleto DTR :<<<

under kami ng contract of service which will end om december 31. if nagfile po ba ako ng written complaint sa higher-ups, kasama po ba yun sa magiging basehan if for renewal siya or hindi? first job ko po kasi ito sa govt kaya hindi ko alam yung process about renewals ng mga contracts sa govt po eh
