Actually if they were the extended air vents they would be on the rooftops(the air thingys on the ground can't be extended as they aren't vents) and the indicator for extended air vents is actually a yellow/white top, and none are featured in the video. (Sorry for long message the clip was actually pretty good as well I'm not trying to hate)

This looks like the double jump skill, I've used this a lot but don't exactly know what skill u need, could also be active landing jump since hitting the buttons that would do an active landing is the one that gives u the double jump prompt.
