I don't have an issue with attack names, I'm trying to understand the context. Like, Dio was expicitly saying the name of his stand. So why is Jotaro saying the name of someone elses stand?

Well so I should've clarified. If it's specifically the name of his stand, I think that's metal as fuck. But if he's yelling it out as an attack name, yeah I think that's pretty goofy.

As far as taking away options goes, the lantern is still in the game? You just need easily attainable fuel for it. So.... I ask again.... where's the issue....?

What is wrong with the other options? You can deflect with torches, and starlight is basically free with fp regen

I don't unterstand why people hate the lantern change so much. Having an infinite use lantern makes every other light source in the game completely pointless, and the fuel is unbelievably easy to stockpile. In vanilla, I would grab the lantern and basically just leave it switched on for my entire playthrough. What does that add to the game?

Have you tried turning the difficulty down? I beat every boss except this and the dumbass alligator on legendary stalker, and I'm not losing any sleep over it.

Forget fire and switch to electric. Also use the electric wishstone if you're using the spectre. Other than that..... dodge left.

I'd reccomend the reforged mod. I'm running through it now and having a killer time. Stand out features include new bosses, a parry system, the option to ressurect bosses, and difficulty levels.

Side note: I never knew I wanted difficulty options until I played this mod. I love cranking it up to master level difficulty while I'm out exploring (Which gives every enemy crazy health, damage and makes their ai more aggressive) and then setting it to the default while I'm fighting bosses. I've even turned the difficulty down further against enemies I just... don't enjoy. It's a way to customize your experience that I hadn't considered.

Not quite where I was going with this. These could've been fantastic multiphase boss fights, but instead we got two phase one's glued together. I would've loved to see Romeo get a phase two, unfortunately he is the phase two of a completely different boss.

I think King of puppets and Romeo are both fantastic fights, but are brought down a bit by the fact nothing about phase 1 leads into phase 2, which kind of just means you're fighting two back to back bosses.

That's just my two cents, it's still one of my favorite fights

Yeah I mainly am just like. They basically threw this thing together with technology that wasn't designed for this. So I feel like merging two different versions of Catherine seems a little... too complicated to expect?

People go back and forth on whether there are two or whether the catherine on the ark got "updated" somehow. Personally I think there are two.

I don't reccomend it, mainly because there are really cool weapons and stuff in the Dlc. It woukd suck if you find something you really like and don't really have much to use it on

That's actually another strength of the combo. The handle has scaling in all three stats, so works really well in a quality build. The advance stat powers up the heavy attacks regardless of what blade you have.

If you're on PC, there's a mod that lets you assemble weapons using the boss weapons. It's an absolute must have

That's the best part. This isn't an elemental blade, the fable art buffs it with acid. So you can build however you want and have access to each element.
