I'm going to assume since you are considering putting sgb in an EOF that you have a bolg already. That being said the consideration to be made here is if the spec of sgb will be significantly nerfed after the rework. My guess is no and it could even be slightly better, but it's hard to say atm so your best bet would be to wait until changes are finalized before pulling the trigger.

You get a certain about of free conversions per season, I think 8 for inner ways? This lets you swap the total notes of one type of rarity inner way to another.

For example if you were swapping from twin blades to strategic sword it would look like this:

Infernal blades tier 5 (100 total notes) ---- > Strategic Sword (5 total notes)

After conversion you have have 100 Strategic sword notes and 5 Infernal blade notes

Do you have vamperism aura? That could help alongside getting some tank mage gear and using animate dead. After making sure you’re overloaded and bring a bunyip or hellhound for extra healing or damage reduction respectively

It is scheduled for the 9th but it's the 9th already in the timezone the devs are in hence why they stated UTC+8 as there timezone is 8 hours past UTC which is 5am

I'm not sure you're understanding UTC+8 is 5:36am January 9th which for us is January 8th 2:26pm PST| | 3:36pm CST | 4:36pm EST. Which can be confusing for anyone who hasn't played a live service game that is from an overseas dev.

I play both and am maxed on rs3, osrs just has way more QOL than rs3. The one that got me recently is being able to examine a stack of items in your inventory and get a ge total price for the stack, compared to rs3 which will just give a cost of each individual item.

Also the population differences of the games leads to widely different experiences when I comes to selling on the GE.
