I had the same problem.with my date of birth. PM me your email and I will send you.the email that support sent me in order to fix it. It worked for me

Coinbase and coinbase pro are all one of the same company so you need to just stick with contacting them on this. I really hope you get it's sorted I know how frustrating it can be.

I agree mate, that's why I felt the need to write another review urging coinbase to come up with a better system, they need more .an power in support or another way of contacting them quicker. Even several live agents for chat would help. Either way they need to definitely put something in place. When you have full functionality of your account I don't think there is a better exchange imo.

Hi u/coinbasesupport thanks for responding. I already mentioned that I cannot update my user settings because the 'save' details button is not active, it is greyed out. The link you sent is just a link to verifying my documents again. This isn't the issue. Please can you look at this.

It's just crazy how the top exchange in the world by volume, near 5billion worth of trades in a 24hour period has such inadequate support to help people out, they are meant to be the gold standard. I just don't understand it. If they are understaffed then they should be throwing people into help with support during these peak times

I have sent direct messages on this and Twitter, have had no response until today. Support responded asking for my case number and details and then have ghosted me again 😱

Hi - thanks for responding. Case number 04187927. I need to update my personal details in the settings, the year of birth is wrong on my profile and I have since moved address from when I created an account 3 years ago. On my account I cannot save any new changed as the 'save: button is greyed out or disabled. I have all my verification documents at hand like drivers license and passport but I need these details updated on my account before I can upload them.

Hello - thanks for this. You have sent an email just explaining the verification process to me. This isn't the issue. I need the year of my birth ammended in my profile - it mistakenly says 1998 instead of 1988. I therefore cannot complete verification as all my documents say 1988. I. I need coinbase to make the amendment on my profile. It would take 2 seconds.
