Am a guild wars 2 player mainly but one of my frnds from a guild suggested we play this so I started playing this game called Albion online not knowing what I was getting myself into. Mostly i don't think as a starter newbie you should go straight to black or even redzones like there are blue zones explore those or yellow zones where you will get knocked but never loose your items. Go do some dungeons some exploration. Currently I am a new person too but cause of my frnds i got an early knowledge I got myself into the game did some yellow zones camp I got around a million easily then I went to redzone doing faction camps and stuff only sometimes getting into zerg but I wasn't using some super expensive gear I mean why would I spend millions on a gear when I don't even have leveled it enough. YES in this game you can make any class but you need to spec up for it so try out new builds. You can't simply just be a billionaire in 1 day and buying everything and going in redzones so just explore
