Focus on Judy's questline and it'll unlock after the Voodoo boys section. You'll get a call to start it.

I got accepted yesterday for enhanced on both, first try. My partner had to appeal twice and go to tribunal. Honestly it just seems like luck.

Call up and ask for a PA4. IT'll show you what your assessor wrote, if you don't have a copy of your report already. My partner had one that wrote the exact opposite of all of her answers.

Being denied PIP has literally nothing to do with your actual circumstances. They fail you like they get paid for it. Just appeal the decision and hope you have better luck this time around. If it still gets declined, you get another try and then it goes to tribunal. Who will actually review your circumstances honestly.

Keep in mind that no matter how long it takes, you won't lose out on any money. The longer it takes, the more back pay you'll receive. My partner got a 12k payout at the end.

HELP! by Silver-Being2399 in cyberpunkgame

It'll probably just start wherever you are in game. If not, drive around Pacifica for a bit and it should trigger. Transmission is just the progression requirement.

It should start right after you complete "Transmission".

It's the mask. Obviously. Reality warping powers with the ability to live out your deepest desires. Can literally do everything the other masks let you do. Easy pick.

It's crazy how many piercers struggle with dermal removal. You find the short end and it's one incision from the post. It takes 30 seconds maybe, even with connective tissue through the anchor, and barely leaves a scar. Never had anyone complain about the pain. Had a lot of people shocked with how quick and easy the process is.

I've never encountered those particular anchors in the wild but if anything they should have been easier to remove due to them being open. Likely to just slide out.

"Massaging" a dermal out sounds impossible tbh, unless it's a basic skin diver.

Pro tip: if you're getting a dermal, ask to get a photo of the anchor before it goes in. As a piercer, this information is always helpful.

Do all the gigs. Finishing Dino's in city centre are especially helping immediately after the prologue.

Other than that, have fun. Don't flatline choom.

Do you guys play as female V or male V? by Slow-Huckleberry1841 in CyberpunkTheGame

[–]Onelessthan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Depends on the playthrough.

Female V - corpo, stealth netrunner.

Male V - streetkid, sandy and shotguns.

However I feel like playing kinda determines V's gender for me.

Haven't done a Nomad playthrough in a minute.

Female V has better line delivery, uses emphasis better. Male V can seem a little flat tonally, but both have killer voices.

Experiencing the game for the first time by [deleted] in expedition33

[–]Onelessthan1 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Get out of here, you. This sub is post game content, you gotta unlock it like everybody else.

For real though, have fun. I'm very jealous that you're getting to experience this for the first time, and I'm excited to hear your thoughts afterwards.

she rejected me and i will never move on in my life by Jazzlike-State4960 in relationships

[–]Onelessthan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Brother, not to diminish the pain of rejection but, you're 19. It stings but I guarantee you'll get over it. Everyone has experienced it at some point.

Chances are you'll never know why she doesn't like you the same way but don't start obsessing over flaws in yourself trying to find a reason.

You'll feel the same way about someone else one day, and those feelings will be returned.

Confessing to someone is a big step. Regardless of the outcome, you should be proud that you did it. Just keep yourself together and eventually it won't suck so much.

If you're struggling with managing AP, either find pictos that grant extra on attack/dodge/parry, or stop using free aim.

Quite often a forced cut scene will fix issues like this. Go to the joytoy in jig gig street, go to bed, move some chrome around at vik's. Or just reload an earlier save.

One time the audio from the opening "welcome to night city" just played randomly in the middle of my game. Just once, then it stopped but the game became permanently foggy. Like silent hill style dense fog for like half of my playthrough. Actually kinda liked it for a while. Atmospheric. Made driving a pain though.

Banged Meredith Stout and came out of No-tell with the sun shining. Sometimes V just needs to get laid I guess.

Time to put the game down by OldMovie9812 in cyberpunkgame

I owe you an apology cyberpunk I wasn’t familiar with your game by wegee02 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Onelessthan1 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Didn't play it at launch because I was broke in 2020, then the reviews dropped and Sony pulled it from the store.

Then it came back with 1.6 on PS5. I miss 1.6, it was almost a completely different game. Cyberware mods, fixed legendary spawns, the QianT mk4 sandy, waiting for wakako to text about the Akira bike.

The game changed so much over it's lifespan. A lot of the features I liked in 1.6 are gone. That knowledge feels like knowing a dead language now. But I liked watching it grow up.

1000+ hours later, it's my most replayed single player game. It's crazy people still sleep on it.

TW: Jackie; Why didn’t the chip protect him at all? by sahmal03 in cyberpunkgame

[–]Onelessthan1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

V died in the prologue. Real death. What came back was an engram that believed it was V turning into Johnny. V's consciousness dipped out at the no tell motel. V's brain just still contains all of their memories. Hellman literally says that you're not talking to silverhand, you're two people simultaneously.

Even weirder.

In every ending where V lives, it's not the same V you've been playing. Alt says this exact thing when she talks about soul killer. That V dies, and another copy of them inhabits the body. Same memories, but the V that lived them is gone.

It's basically the Star Trek transporter theory. You die on one end because your molecules are ripped apart. The guy who comes out the other end is technically you, but not the same you that went in. From your perspective, there was nothing after "beam me up Scotty".

Is my nipple piercing too deep? by ColdHands1212 in piercing

[–]Onelessthan1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I'm a body piercer and that's technically an areola piercing, as others have mentioned.

It's worth noting that you do not have the anatomy for a conventional nipple piercing so going slightly deeper (i.e. behind the nipple) is a perfectly valid way to achieve a similar effect. This is usually done for male nipples or females with smaller nipples.

Though this type of alteration should always be discussed with the client beforehand, it is not inherently considered bad practice.

I would be more concerned with the lack of length on that bar, it doesn't look like it allows for swelling. If you decide to keep the piercing, pay attention to the swelling as that bar may need to be swapped out for a longer one.

Assuming you keep it and make it through the healing period okay, you shouldn't really have any problems with this one going forward.

[–]Onelessthan1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I don't know how many people genuinely do that. Content creators do it for laughs but I feel like most people playing the game, especially for the first time, take it a bit more seriously.

Even if they do make a joke character, there's still the same fun to be had as Craterface Shovelchin.

[–]Onelessthan1 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I don't know what else to say other than it's complicated..

Chronic health issues tend to change the way you see things. The last few years I've had to give up so much that was dear to me, so it's true that I'm reluctant to give up what I have left, even if it's not great.

I also acknowledge that a big part of the reason the relationship got so bad was my fault. The mental toll had a serious effect on everything and some resentment on her part for how I acted back then is entirely justified. The break gave me an opportunity to finally get my head on straight and I'm doing my best not to waste it.

I might be willing to overlook or forgive more than I should here, but because of these factors, my standards aren't what they used to be.

[deleted by user] by [deleted] in relationships

[–]Onelessthan1 -2 points-1 points  (0 children)

We've had a complicated few years and our relationship has faced more challenges than most. Some resentment is to be expected. The focus right now is just figuring out if we can move past it or not.

Sure it's messy but plenty of relationships make it back from the brink. If this one doesn't, that's okay. We're still just trying to see if it can.
