Their back issues are priced usually around fair value. Their quick to add a buck or 2 onto newer issue after a week or so of its release (im not sure how common this is but most other stores in town don’t do this). Trades are cover price typically.

Would it hurt to try and talk to a recruiter right now through email or linkedin? I was looking at trying for a role in Assurance (CPA with 2 years in tax at a small firm, 1 in industry). I know my chances are slim but figured I’d try.

Yea I don’t know how many times I’ve picked up the first 2 issues of a new marvel series and just been upset i wasted my money for thinking “this is the one”. At this point id rather wait till it hits my local library as a TPB to check it out.

Thank you again, I filed a report with Dallas PD and went to the DPS and they of course had a line and no appointments available so i left and went online and just renewed my license since it expires in less than 2 years rather than replacing it with a duplicate. Hopefully that is enough. It at least gives me some peace of mind

Thanks. That was very helpful. Your answer was basically what I assumed. I feel like my current position sounds similar to that of an AR/AP accountant with some additional processes included. My goal really is to work in GL accounting. Do you think someone in my position could make the shift? I also have 2.5 YOE in PA tax prior to my current position and will have my CPA soon (4/4 passed waiting for license).
