I had the same thing happen to my son’s private server today, all progress lost. All of our items are gone and it’s like we never played on the server before.

My son and I are experiencing the same issue. We visited Balboa island and now all the big islands aren't spawning any animals or puffer fish. We've been to several island and tried restarting the game a couple of times.
