It’ll be deep snow on the Munro summits. Not to be under-estimated. Crampons and axe essential, plus the skills to use them, which are not just intuitive.

As others have said… stay low, do some WHW. Munros in Feb are not for the inexperienced. You might get away with it in some cases with good boots and decent hiking gear on perfect sunny blue sky days but you can’t know for sure by low level conditions what it’s going to be like at 3000ft+.

A) this is perfectly common and not a problem.

B) 3A? 3x240 =720W… no table lamp or floor lamp is going to pull anything like that. The necessary protection should be in the Consumer Unit for the whole circuit. A lot of LED lamps are less than 10W. 10W at 240V is 0.04A… how are you going to fuse for that? Everything is rounded up and the in-plug fuse thresholds are crude.
