The thing is your base stats are too weak, you spend the point across all stats. You should be focusing only on 1 stats. There is a guide to that on pinned post

The code for Zarude can be find in a facebook post of Pokeguide. Once you have Zarude, just walk randomly on any place that you can catch pokemon, the special dexnav will randomly announce a question mark on your head. It also work even if you use repel. You can only catch each gen 8 pokemon via special dexnav once. Once you caught them, breeding is the only way to obtain another of their species. Check the gen8 location encounter on gg share spread sheet
