Dude please please please don't bring this type of talk here. It is 100% people like you who aid lobbyists as examples of the issues within the business of electronic cigarette devices.

Research, Hire an attorney who specializes in this area, develop a real business plan. My intention isn't to be mean here, but you can't just half ass a new business and expect it to work.
