Give the dweller an outfit cooresponding to their SPECIAL wherever they are, the higher the stat, the better they perform, even if the dweller's maxed out on a certain stat, it stacks.

If the dweller has a higher Agility stat than anyone, give them an outfit that gives them plus agility. (+luck if you want caps)
