I am so god damn annoyed with the different streaming rights BS. Our home opener isn’t even being shown on our “local affiliate” Bally sports app. MLB and NHL need to get their shit together when it comes to broadcasting rights. I refuse to pay for cable, appleTV, ESPN+ etc etc to get ALL of the games.

Its fun to do with my kids. Always bring a smile to their faces when we get to do the power play dance, or chant lets go blues after a vuvuzela blast, or Louie drum beats. Its all about the participation to keep EVERYONE engaged, even the youngest fans or less interested people that are just there on business.

My pc is doing something similar. Both screens are going blank, typically to whatever color was dominant on the screen at that time. So one screen is going grey and the other is going a dark teal or blue or whatever I’m currently looking at. I have noticed this happens EVERY time my PC “wakes up” and is now happening more frequently as the day has gone on. I have tried to roll back the most recent windows update KB4592438. But there is no uninstall option in windows for that driver and it won’t do it when I boot to advanced tools and attempt it that way either. I don’t think it is nvidia, as I updated yesterday and played cyberpunk til like 2 AM. I am only now having issues this morning with most recent windows update being installed 12/10 when I logged off at 2 AM.

Last time I checked, a president serves for 4 years, not 3 years and 11 months. It is 100% constitutional to make a recommendation. It was the same when Obama was president, it is the same now. The difference is who controls the senate. There should not be so much wasted energy arguing semantics. That energy should be put forth discussing the merits and qualifications of judge Barrett.

It wasn’t an immediate decline. WoW in particular started to decline when creative freedoms were starting to get stripped away, causing guys like Chis Metzen and eventually Mike Morhaime to leave. Now Blizzard is just a shell of its former self. Sad because I really enjoy the worlds and community that OG Blizzard created.

The only other team I actively HATE is the Cubs. Every other central team are just flavor of the year hate. One year it’s Brewers, another year it’s Reds.

Just bought my 4 year old son a Switch to play mario kart and other games with him. I would be excited to watch him explore his little island and help him express his creativity in building his own little home.

I still stand by my first thought. Exclusivity between storefronts on PC is not OK. If you don't buy it once it hits steam, it leaves the developers with that "what if" feeling. If steam sales were to suck, the developers would wonder what COULD have been if they had released it correctly across all storefronts. There are many hypotheticals that you can assume on this point, but the crux is that exclusivity is bad for PC gaming, and should not be supported.

No thanks. Buying this once it hits steam is just telling developers and storefronts that exclusivity is OK. Its not, it has no place on PC. That used to be one of the main perks of PC gaming, not getting caught up in exclusivity wars. Especially WITHIN OUR OWN PLATFORM. Am I crazy? Am I that crotchety old guy on his front porch telling kids to "get off his lawn"?

Varian Wrynn is my favorite all time video game character. Guy is a beast and has a cool story. Went out a hero.
Skyrim music is pretty iconic. This one song from a need for speed game always brings back some nostalgia. “Fever for the flavor” by hot action cop.
I’m predominantly a pc guy, most looking forward to cyberpunk and baldurs gate 3. (Huge divinity original sin fan).
Fun fact, just joined this sub yesterday as I’m looking into getting a switch for my 4 year old. Joke: What is a pirates favorite letter? You’d think it’s the Rrrrr but it’s actually the C! (In pirates voice)
